Welcome to InfoBaliTrip. By accessing our website infobalitrip.com and using our services, including scooter rental in Bali, Bali airport transfer, and private Bali tours, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any booking.

1. General Conditions

• All bookings made with InfoBaliTrip are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
• By booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into this agreement.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if necessary for safety, compliance, or misconduct.

2. Scooter Rental in Bali

• Customers must hold a valid international driving license to rent and operate scooters in Bali.
• Helmets are provided free of charge and must be worn at all times.
• The renter is responsible for any traffic fines, accidents, or damages during the rental period.
• A security deposit may be required at the time of rental.

3. Car & Transport Services

• For Bali airport transfers and private car rentals, bookings must be made in advance.
• Prices are quoted per vehicle and include driver and fuel, unless otherwise stated.
• Delays caused by traffic or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control, but we always strive to be on time.

4. Bali Tours & Activities

• Our private Bali tours are customizable, but itineraries may be adjusted due to weather, safety, or local regulations.
• Entrance fees to attractions, meals, and personal expenses are not included unless specifically mentioned.

5. Booking & Payment

• Bookings can be made via our website or WhatsApp.
• Payments must be made in full before or at the start of service.
• Accepted payment methods include cash (IDR), bank transfer, or secure online payment platforms.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before service: 90% refund (10% admin fee).
• Cancellations made within 7 days: 75% refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours: 50% refund.
• No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before service or for no-shows.

7. Liability & Insurance

• InfoBaliTrip is not liable for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during your trip.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel insurance covering scooter rental, transport, and tours in Bali.

8. Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate personal information when booking.
• Follow local laws, traffic regulations, and safety instructions from our team.
• Treat our scooters, cars, and guides with respect and care.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be published on this page with the revised date.
